We understand how difficult it is for you to part with a pet and allow pets. Please note that pets are allowed only in rooms of the "Studio with a double Bed" and "Studio with a French balcony" categories of a certain type (please check before check-in). | Late check-out and Early check-in |
Late check-out and early check-in are possible subject to availability of rooms. The cost after check-out time is: Early check-in from 00:00 - 09:00 - the cost of a full day from 09:00 - 13:59 - half the cost of the day Late check-out from 12.00 - 13.59 - 500 rubles from 14.00 – 17.00 - half of the daily rate; after 17.00 - the cost of a full day. |
| A pledge for the safety of property |
Upon arrival at the apartment, you must leave a refundable deposit of 3,500 rubles for the safety of the room. The deposit is paid by transfer by phone number.You will be able to receive this deposit back during the ENTIRE day of departure. In case of smoking in the room, damage to property, violation of the rules of accommodation, the deposit will NOT be REFUNDED! |
| Penalties |
We kindly ask you to smoke ONLY in designated areas - on the shared balcony at the end of the corridor and outside. Smoking in the rooms (even on the balcony) is strictly prohibited. For violation, a fine of 3,500 rubles and subsequent eviction will be charged without compensation for the money paid for the stay. |
